Coaching has become one of the most effective approaches to personal development, both in business and on a personal level.

To fully understand how coaching works and to use it best, this book answers the key questions:

What exactly is coaching? What are the differences between coaching, training and consulting? How is it used in practice? What does it really bring to coachees and businesses? How to find a good coach, what are the training and certification schools?

Unlocking More Value with fewer resources,
a practical guide to the circular economy

WBCSD Leadership Program · Oct. 2016

Businesses need to prosper and at the same time recognize that growth at the expense of people or the environment is both unacceptable and unsustainable. Sustainable growth is the only acceptable model for businesses.
The current linear “take-make-dispose” economy mindset needs to shift towards a circular economy model in order to decouple value creation from the consumption of finite resources. Moving towards a circular economy may represent economic, social and environmental opportunities for businesses.
The case for circular economy approaches on a macro level is compelling, but the key challenge is to translate the vision into concrete action for businesses.

This practical guide aims to help companies start the transition towards a circular economy to unlock more value with fewer resources. The methodology (a 5 steps approach) has been designed with the goal of achieving maximum impact on the triple bottom line (environmental, social and economic value).
The publication includes several concrete business cases to inspire action, supported by specific quotes from CEO's. It has been developed from literature research and with input from Circular Economy experts at: Yale University, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, a member of Ministry in the Netherlands, the WBCSD and Company members.
